How do I get Form A?

Step 1: Go to the International Student Services office of the school-
This body can tell you what you need to fill out and have copies of Form A available for you to complete. They’ll also help you find out about scholarships, grants, and financial aid.
Step 2: Obtain a form A for your school or university-
You can get one from the International Student Services office or ask your school for it.
Step 3: Fill out the form and attach your required documents-
