Today we will outline the best countries to live in the world 2020. In a recent survey in the US,  an annual ranking compiled statistics from more than 20,000 survey participants. Large business entrepreneurs and citizens from 36 countries assed 80 nations according to 75 metrics such as quality of life expectancy, economic stability, power, education, and eco-friendliness, among other factors.

Talking about countries,  Japan made a massive leap from No. 5 in 2018 to number 2 in 2019. Japan rose to this top spot due to its entrepreneurship system that encourages business for foreign investors.

Though,  the list isn’t so much different from the 2018 list but saw a new country came into the list.  The Netherlands moved from the 10th spot and Norway took its place in 2019.

The list is according to the U.S. News & World Report’s annual rankings which is an analysis of the best countries report. The report comprises of the Value of having a global status as countries compete for investment, economic influence, social influence, and tourism.

Norway

The Scandinavian country takes the lead as the best country to live in the world 2020 based on its health care system. The United Nations considered several factors of which Norway had good results. In the health care department, the citizens of Norway are supported by the same public, this means that no citizens have to battle with the finances of health alone.  Norway currently has a life expectancy level of 82 years.

Switzerland

Although, when it comes to life expectancy, Switzerland beats Norway slightly with 83 years old. The country was given the number 2 spot of the best countries to live in the world due to the way every citizen is been taken care of y the government.

Australia

Australia may have a very good health care system but the country hits the third spot because of its emphasis on education. The country makes education one of its primary goals and encourages its citizens to get good marks.

Ireland

This is one of the safest countries in the world. The level of crime here is almost zero. This is why it makes the fourth position as one f the best nations to live in the world 2020.

Germany

Just like Australia, Germany is one country that takes education very important. Nearly every citizen of Germany is highly educated with at least a higher institution degree. It is merely below 4% of Germans that do not have a degree or postgraduate degree.

Iceland

The country falls on the list because of its high life expectancy. Iceland has a lifetime of 83 years which is a luxury to many countries out there.

Sweden

The country lands on this list because of its social welfare system, government funding for entrepreneurial start-ups, and low crime rate.

Hong Kong

Hong Kong has one of the lowest income tax rates in the world with about 17%. This has made the country a major global financial place that has attracted businessmen. Hong Kong is best when it comes to mixing modern and traditional culture with modern architecture. It has one of the lowest crime rates in the world.

Singapore

Singapore has been one of the most developed places in the world that come into play with a high life expectancy. It also the sixth country to call home on the list.

The Netherlands

The Netherlands hits the list as being one of the lowest wage gaps in the world. It has about a 12.4% wage gap which is one the lowest in the world. This means that from bottom to the top is not so much in terms of Gap.
