  • Single entry visa with a validity of up to 90 days
  • Tourist multiple entry visa which is up to 90 days, valid for 6 months
  • Business multiple entry Visa which is up to 90 days, valid for 6 months

Nigeria to Egypt Travel Guide Visa Requirements


Apply for the Visa, you will need to Visit the Arab republic of Egypt in Abuja.

  • A passport valid for at least 6 months from visa issue date, and at least one blank page to stamp the visa;
  • Two passport Size photograph;
  • Visa Application form which must be completed
  • Visa fee which should be in Cash;
  • Photocopies of documents especially Passports and ID Cards. Also the Applicant must include photocopies of Visa whether expired or valid.
  • Evidence of status. Copy of registration certificate/copy of visa and copy of work permit(if available)in Nigeria;
  • Itinerary. Copy of round trip tickets or confirmed itinerary;
  • Health Insurance: Proof of health insurance covering international travel. You will need to get this from an insurance company
  • Bank Statement: Back statement should not be less than 6 Months
  • Employment Letter: Copy of a letter from your employer on business letterhead, with contact details, stating that a leave of absence has been granted, purpose and duration of the trip, and that you will be returning to your current job;
  • Note that, if you are self-employed, include a copy of your business license and tax return;
  • For those retired from active work. Show a coy of your Retirement Fund.
  • Hotel Reservations: A copy of Hotel reservation booking
