Meanwhile, for traveling purposes, Yellow Card certificate can be gotten from the port health service along Murtala Muhammed Airport road. This office is very close to the airport.

STEP 1: Visit or

STEP 2: Click on  The Yellow Card Application.

STEP 3: Fill in your personal information and click on submit button.

STEP 4: Click on the Payment button, generate your Remita Retrieval Receipt (RRR) code and pay the sum of N2,000 online (or go to the bank).

STEP 5: Take the payment receipt along with your international passport to any Port Health Services Office to get vaccinated and obtain the yellow card.

Note that this card can be gotten same day you make payment. Simply pay online and go to any Port health services around you.

Though there is an unverified information that claim that you can obtain this card from some Local Government secretariat closest to you.
